Here are some pics from Sunday's visit to Los Trancos Preserve, where it was cloudy and chilly with gale-force winds.

The Franciscan Loop Trail goes into the woods, which provide some shelter from the relentless wind.

Los Trancos Open Space Preserve, Part 1

On Saturday D. and I decided to visit Los Trancos Open Space Preserve, and we took a short walk on the San Andreas Fault Trail (which follows along the actual San Andreas Fault).  Here is Part 1 of the pics I took (Part 2 here).
